Your wellbeing first
What do you mean, no?: We have had quite a few situations recently with clients wanting treatments we can't offer them, either on medical grounds, product restrictions or refusing patch tests! It upsets me so many other salons are prepared to risk client safety for the sake of money in the till. We wont... NOT EVER! If we say not, it's because it's the right thing to do.
You may occasionally be asked to seek GP or consultant consent for treatment. There are no exceptions. If we ask for it, it's because our insurance company insists upon it and there is nothing we can do about it. Even if we could bend the rules, we wouldn't.
I am always delighted though when clients are genuinely thankful that we take our training so seriously, and prioritise their wellness over profit.
